Cancellation Policy
Since our products are personalized and made to order, please review this policy carefully before placing your order.
Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, as long as production hasn't started yet. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible at infonh0422@gmail.com or +17866617461 with your order number.
After Production Has Started
Once your order enters production, we're unable to cancel it, since it's being made specifically with your personalized details (names, dates, photos, etc.). Orders in this stage are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
Order Changes
If you need to change a detail (spelling, date, size) rather than cancel entirely, this must also be requested within the 2 hour window before production begins. Once production starts, changes can no longer be made.
Refunds for Approved Cancellations
If your cancellation is approved within the allowed window, you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method within 2 business days.
How to Request a Cancellation
