MyPawsdesign is a print-on-demand shop offering personalized apparel and gifts, including pet-themed items, family travel merchandise, bachelorette products, and birthday gifts. We are based in EEUU/Florida.
2. Eligibility
By using our site, you confirm that you're at least 18 years old, or using the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Products and Personalization
- All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice.
- Since our items are made to order, you're responsible for reviewing all personalization details (names, dates, spelling, sizing) before submitting your order. See our Return & Exchange Policy for more on errors and corrections.
- Colors may vary slightly from what's shown on screen due to monitor settings and printing processes.
4. Orders and Payment
- By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided (shipping address, personalization details, payment info) is accurate.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inability to fulfill the order.
- Payment is processed securely through [payment gateway, e.g. Shopify Payments, PayPal, Stripe]. We do not store your full payment card details.
5. Shipping
- Estimated production and shipping times are outlined on our site and in our FAQ, but are not guaranteed.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
6. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Please refer to our separate Return & Exchange Policy and Cancellation Policy for full details. In summary: due to the personalized nature of our products, we only accept exchanges for items that arrive damaged, stained, or defective.

- All designs, artwork, logos, and content on this site are the property of MyPawsdesign and may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or used without our written permission.
- If you upload a photo or custom text for personalization, you confirm that you have the right to use it and that it doesn't infringe on anyone else's copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.
- We reserve the right to refuse any personalization request that includes copyrighted material, trademarked logos, or content we consider inappropriate or unlawful.
8. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use our site to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Upload content that is offensive, illegal, or infringes on someone else's rights
