How does personalizing my product work?
When placing your order, you'll find a field to enter the details you want personalized (names, dates, initials, phrases). If your design requires a photo, you can upload it directly on the product page. Once your order is confirmed, we begin production with your exact details.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Since each product is made to order, production time is 2 to 5 business days, plus 2 to 3 additional business days for shipping depending on your location. In total, your order may take between 4 and 8 business days from purchase to delivery. We'll send you a tracking number as soon as your order leaves production.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Since your products are made specifically for you, we can only make changes within the first 2 hours after purchase. After that time, your design is already in production and we won't be able to modify it.
What happens if I make a mistake typing a name or date?
Please review your details carefully before confirming your purchase, since we produce exactly what you provide. If you notice an error, contact us right away within the first 2 hours and we'll do our best to correct it before production begins..
What printing techniques do you use?
We work with DTF, sublimation, and embroidery, depending on the product and garment. Each technique is designed to hold up through many washes without losing color or definition.
Can I return or exchange a personalized product?
Since these products are custom-made with your specific details, we don't accept returns for change of mind. However, if your product arrives with a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we'll replace it or refund you at no cost. Check our Return Policy for more details.
Do you ship nationwide / internationally?
Yes! We ship within the United States as well as internationally. Shipping costs and times are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location.
Can I request a design that's not in the shop?

How do I know what size to order?
Each product includes a size guide with exact measurements. If you're unsure, contact us and we'll help you pick the right size.
How do I care for my personalized garment so it lasts longer?
We recommend washing it inside out, in cold water, and avoiding direct dryer heat on the design. This helps the print keep its color and texture much longer.
